Through tailored solutions, transparent payment models, and opportunities for education and collaboration, we're transforming how therapists manage their careers — while fostering personal and professional success.

FOUNDER

Jeanette Lira, LPC-S

As a licensed professional counselor and supervisor, Jeanette built Lumvia from the frustrations she watched fellow clinicians face every day — opaque billing, endless credentialing paperwork, and a lack of business support that actually understood clinical work.

Today, Lumvia is a partner to solo practitioners, growing practices, and multi-clinician groups — always led by people who've sat in the therapist's chair.

Lumvia didn't begin as just an idea. It grew from a real journey one shaped by the challenges of building and supporting a mental health practice.
